Unitary Method

The method in which the value of a unit quantity is first calculated to get the value of other quantity is called the unitary method. In unitary method we have two types of variations : direct and inverse.

Speed: Unit of Speed, Variable and Average Speed …

Speed of a body is the distance covered by the body in unit time. Therefore Speed is Distance upon Time which implies that Distance is Speed times Time or Time is Distance upon Speed.
